Maintaining a high success rate is no fluke, it's actually a result of years of experience, using accumulated knowledge gained by our advisers over many years of helping people enter into IVAs.
As with most things in life, the more experience you have the better you become and working within the IVA sector is no different.
But experience on its own isn't enough. All our advisers need to keep their finger on the pulse of what's happening in the world of IVAs and that's why it's so important to have high levels of communication throughout the IVA team, from your initial IVA adviser right through to your Insolvency Practitioner (IP).
This ensures that when there's a change in the IVA process, everybody is informed straightaway.
Keeping rates high
We're constantly striving to be the best and we take our advising very seriously, only advising an IVA when it's absolutely the appropriate solution.
We believe that without taking the time to understand our client's circumstances, we'd never be able to give them the guidance they've trusted us to provide and, as a result, our IVA success rates would fall.
We try to make sure our personal consultations are extremely thorough, yet informative and we guide our clients through the decision making process, so as to involve them as much as possible.
It's only by applying this level of diligence that we can ensure our client's IVA proposal are as strong as possible.

As a sign of our confidence in our own ability, we do not charge up-front fees.
We believe that if we have identified an IVA as being the most appropriate solution for you, we shouldn't be rewarded if we fail to achieve this outcome for you.
Quite simply, if you don't enter an IVA, we don't get paid. No IVA - No fee.
